POLICIES & ETHICS

Editorial Policies

To keep the review process as objective as possible, the journal observes double-blind rigorous peer review process. The reviewers are not aware of the identity of the authors, and the authors do not know the identity of the reviewers. Submitted manuscripts will undergo two evaluation phases.

In the first phase, the manuscripts are evaluated by the Editorial Board. Manuscripts that passed the first phase of evaluation will then be subjected to the second phase of evaluation which is the peer review.  The manuscripts are reviewed by three or more reviewers. The peer review results become the basis for acceptance or rejection of the manuscript. For the accepted manuscripts, the authors must revise the manuscript in the light of the reviewers’ comments and submit the revised version within the prescribed period. The editorial board reviews the final drafts and make the final decision to accept the manuscript for publication.
