Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation

The following settings must be observed: 1 inch for top and bottom margins, 1.5 inches for left and right margins, double spacing for text, bottom right corner for page number (x of y – 2 of 17), Times New Roman as font style, and font size of 12.

The textual element is in English.

The manuscript must contain the following parts:

Title of the study with authors’ names affiliations and email addresses

Abstract (100-150 words) with key words ( 4- 6 words )

Introduction (integration of context, gap, theoretical underpinnings, related literature and studies, significance, research questions)

Results and Discussion

Conclusion and Recommendations

References (APA 7th edition)

Appendices (if necessary)

Text and tables are in Microsoft Word.

Tables and figures are embedded in the text.

Manuscript Sections
Title Page: Includes the manuscript title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), corresponding author’s contact information, and ORCID iD (if available).
Abstract: A structured abstract of 150–250 words, covering objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications.
Keywords: Provide at most 6 relevant keywords.
Introduction: Background, significance, research objectives, and research questions/hypotheses.
Literature Review: Theoretical framework and review of relevant studies.
Methodology: Research design, participants, data collection, analysis methods, ethical considerations.
Results and Discussion: Presentation and interpretation of findings, including tables and figures.
Conclusion and Implications: Summary of findings, limitations, and recommendations.
References: Follow APA (7th edition) citation style.
Appendices (if applicable): Supplementary materials such as questionnaires or datasets.

Manuscript Format
The manuscript should be written in English and formatted in APA (7th edition) style.
The document should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) using Times Roman and 12 point font single space.
Maintain 1-inch margins on all sides.
The manuscript should not exceed 7,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
Tables and Figures: Numbered consecutively and placed within the text. Provide a descriptive title and source (if applicable).
Headings: Use a clear hierarchical format (e.g., Level 1: Bold, Centered; Level 2: Bold, Left-aligned).
Citations and References: Use in-text citations and a corresponding reference list following APA (7th edition) guidelines.

Include a cover letter stating the manuscript’s originality, significance, and confirmation that it is not under review elsewhere.
Ensure author anonymity for double-blind peer review (remove author details from the main document).
